What do we do? We train everyday heroes. No capes. Just ordinary people living extraordinary lives. To be a hero, Greek for “protector”, is to awaken the natural desire to serve and protect others without expectation of reward- even if it may cost you. How do we do it? To be a hero is a choice. We physically train in life supporting skill with a moral perspective and practice ethical behavior. Even if you never face a great opportunity to rise as a hero, you still have the capacity to be a hero in small ways every day. Why we do it? The world needs heroes. If you are interested in kicking ass or chasing ranks, keep looking. If you are interested in expanding your capacity as a human, taking effective action in challenging situations and helping others- welcome home.
